• Supplier Management: Liaise with suppliers, maintain supplier databases, monitor performance and delivery schedules, assist with vendor onboarding and documentation.
• Contract & Compliance Support: Maintain procurement documentation and contract records, ensure compliance with company policies, support audits and reviews.
• Reporting & Administration: Prepare procurement reports and spend analysis, update trackers and KPI dashboards, maintain filing systems.
