Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a Test Process Technician in Malaysia to install and maintain manufacturing equipment for semiconductor testing.

You will sustain and improve key performance indices through continuous improvement activities and work closely with manufacturing teams to ensure product quality and yield. Qualifications

Diploma in mechanical or electronic engineering is required.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Some understanding of Semiconductor Testing processes will be added.

Responsibilities

Validate test floor deviation lots and investigate deviations.
Determine root causes of test-related issues and classify problems.
Provide proper disposition of affected lots and follow up on corrective actions.
Escalate issues to relevant engineering or support teams when required.
Debug testing-related issues and support manufacturing during troubleshooting activities.
Provide guidance to manufacturing personnel on lot handling and testing requirements.
Monitor test process performance and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve yield, quality, and productivity.
