Job summary

Kanry Search in Pasir Gudang, Johor is seeking a Production / Assembly Technician to assemble mechanical, electrical and pneumatic components according to approved work instructions and drawings. Salary: Basic up to RM3,000 before OT, plus OT pay and allowances (Transport + Shift + Meal Allowances).

Working Monday – Friday with a 3‑shift schedule including overnight shift; opportunity for permanent conversion based on performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical, electrical and pneumatic assembly.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics and assembly drawings.
• Experience with product testing and quality inspections.
• Basic troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical issues.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical, electrical and pneumatic components per instructions.
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams and schematics.
• Perform product testing and inspections to meet standards.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues during assembly and testing.
• Maintain records for assembly and production activities.
• Coordinate with engineers and production team to support operations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area per 7S standards.
• Carry out other production and technical duties as assigned.

Assemble mechanical, electrical and pneumatic components according to approved work instructions, drawings and specifications.

Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics and technical assembly drawings.

Perform product testing and inspections to ensure products meet required quality and functional standards.

Conduct basic troubleshooting for mechanical and electrical issues during the assembly and testing process.

Maintain accurate records for assembly, testing and production activities.

Coordinate closely with engineers and production team members to support daily manufacturing operations.

Ensure the work area remains clean, safe and organised in accordance with 7S standards.

Carry out other production and technical duties as assigned.
