Production Technical Trainer – Dipping & Packing
Create and improve learning resources based on recent updates and targeted subject areas.
Organize, deliver, and assess training activities to strengthen skill development and operational efficiency.
Prepare structured training and evaluation plans aligned with team objectives and learner requirements.
Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance learning materials and training modules based on updates and identified needs.
- Plan and execute training sessions aligned with defined learning objectives.
- Design and implement evaluation processes to measure training effectiveness and impact.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Participate in internal and inter-departmental meetings to provide updates, initiate new projects, and gather input from process owners.
- Cascade information to downline teams to drive task understanding, quality, and timely completion.
Qualification & Experience
- 1. Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering.
- 2. Minimum 0 - 4 years of working experience in operational areas (Dipping, Compounding, Packing, Engineering) or training roles.
Production Packing
- i. Understand the full packing process flow, from online/offline packing to finished goods conversion.
- ii. Familiar with and possess in-depth knowledge of online packing, offline packing, final packing, post-treatment, surgical glove packing, and exam sterile processes.
- iii. Demonstrate familiarity with systems currently used in the packing process
- iv. Perform hands‑on tasks involved in the packing process.
- v. Identify potential causes of product failures related to the packing process.
Production Dipping
- i. Possess in-depth knowledge and understanding of the glove dipping process, including key parameters and common abnormalities.
- ii. Demonstrate familiarity with systems currently used in the dipping process
- iii. Identify potential causes of product failures related to the dipping process.
- iv. Identify and classify glove defects accurately.
