Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a logistics planning specialist to manage supply status coordinating with OSAT vendors and fulfillment teams. You will oversee production orders, WIP, and delivery commitments to meet target ship dates and cycle times.

You will analyze inventory, maintain master data, and drive improvements in delivery metrics, including OTD and cycle time, while aligning with company goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain planning and OSAT coordination.
• Strong communication across supply chain, OSAT manufacturing, and customer services.
• Ability to analyze demand and manage delivery commitments.

Responsibilities

• Provide and own delivery commit plans including delivery recovery plans.
• Monitor order fulfillment progress and coordinate monthly forecasts with OSAT.
• Analyze inventory and manage DOI, slow-moving/obsolete stock, and substitutions.
• Maintain planning parameter master data and ensure accurate reporting.
• Attend operations meetings and support internal projects while upholding policies.
