Responsibilities

• To assist Manager in organizing daily activities and to attend related meetings instructed by superior.
• To ensure smooth running process in production.
• To conduct a regular meeting and follow with subordinates.
• To be responsible on daily production operational issues, i.e. working schedule, attendance, discipline, raw material stocks and documentation and report.
• To lead in preparing SOP and WI as a process guidance to operators.
• To lead in controlling and achieving the production daily, weekly and monthly target.
• To lead in controlling and reducing process rejection from time to time.
• Daily control and planning on manpower, machine, material and method.
• To ensure the proper housekeeping at production area is maintained.
• Perform other job deem necessary by management.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree, any field.
• Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Office.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Proactive and result oriented.
• Positive attitude and problem solving.
• Able to managing people and strong in leadership skill.
• Good oral, written, and verbal communication in English; Mandarin proficiency is preferred.
