Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years in high-volume, high-mix manufacturing with supervisory experience.
• Experience with ERP/MRP tools such as Oracle/SAP.
• Lean manufacturing and quality improvement project exposure.

Responsibilities

• Maintain production schedule adherence and improve HPU and cycle time.
• Manage resources to meet production plan and supervise workforce.
• Oversee inventory, material usage and wastage control.
• Drive safety, ISO compliance, and housekeeping guidelines.
• Encourage continual improvement and risk-based thinking.
