Job summary

onsemi in Malaysia is seeking a proactive Production Supervisor to oversee the material production work area, organize teams, monitor performance and provide training and coaching. You will ensure production targets align with plans and collaborate with PE colleagues to drive process improvements.

Reporting to the Manager, Growth, you will lead a high-performance team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, contributing to the company’s safety, quality and efficiency goals.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the work area within material production.
• Organize teams and allocate tasks.
• Assess team members’ performance and provide training/coaching.
• Drive improvements by collaborating with Process Engineering (PE) team.
• Ensure area production targets are achieved per plans.
