Lam Research Corporation in Penang is seeking a production supervisor to direct assemblers and technicians toward on-time delivery while upholding EHS and quality standards. You will coordinate with planning, engineering and management to resolve capacity and material issues, and lead teams through continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires a degree in science or engineering and at least 5 years in manufacturing, including 3 years in supervision.

Formación

• Min Degree in Science/Engineering with 5+ years in manufacturing.
• At least 3 years in a supervisory role with leadership skills.
• Strong planning, organization and teamwork abilities.
• Good written and spoken English; able to coordinate across functions.

Responsabilidades

• Direct work of assemblers and technicians to meet on-time production goals.
• Enforce internal and local EHS standards and quality requirements.
• Review release schedules and capacity; address material issues in SAP.
• Order parts and equipment; coordinate with planning/engineering.
• Coach performance, lead problem solving and quality improvement activities.
• Work shift-based; maintain safety protocols and personnel development.
