Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Science/Engineering with 5+ years in manufacturing.
• At least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, organization and planning capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Direct work to assemblers and technicians to ensure on-time production delivery.
• Oversee safety protocol management with PPE, training and safety measures.
• Review release schedule and capacity using SAP and floor capacity assessments.
• Coordinate parts and equipment order via SAP and related planning processes.
• Coach and manage employee performance with HR on corrective actions.
