Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a production supervisor to oversee daily shop floor activities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will ensure production plans are executed on time, monitor line efficiency, and coordinate with warehouse for material readiness and inventory accuracy.

You will lead operators and technicians, enforce SOPs and GMP/5S standards, drive safety culture, and report on daily performance metrics to optimize productivity and minimize downtime.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily production activities on the shop floor.
• Ensure production schedules are executed according to plan and delivery targets.
• Monitor machine utilization, line efficiency, output, and downtime.
• Troubleshoot production issues and take immediate corrective actions.
• Coordinate with warehouse to ensure timely availability of materials and proper stock movement.
• Monitor adherence to SOPs, quality standards, GMP, 5S, and safety procedures.
• Lead operators, technicians, and staff; manage attendance and shift deployment.
• Prepare daily production and downtime reports and monitor KPIs such as productivity and OEE.
