Job summary

PBA Advantech (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Production/Process Engineer based in Kota Kemuning. The role coordinates review and improvement of manufacturing processes, supports output targets, and ensures quality production with minimized rejects.

Collaboration with R&D and HQ teams is essential for smooth product transfers and maintaining up‑to‑date BOMs. The ideal candidate has a mechanical or electrical engineering background, 2–5 years in cleanroom/HVAC/semiconductor settings, and knowledge of

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
2–5 years experience in cleanroom, HVAC, or semiconductor environment.
Strong knowledge of ISO 14644 cleanroom standards and contamination control.
Familiar with HEPA/ULPA filtration, laminar airflow, and pressure control.

Responsibilities

Review existing manufacturing processes and output data to identify improvement opportunities.
Work with R&D Engineering to implement improved production methods and update work instructions.
Support production to meet output targets by resolving technical issues and ensuring staff are trained.
Analyze BOM for accuracy and ensure latest BOM is updated in the system.
Coordinate product transfer projects with R&D and HQ engineering to ensure manufacturability.
