Job summary

The role requires a IT-related degree, 3–5 years in production planning, familiarity with ERP systems, and strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• 3–5 years in production planning/manufacturing or similar role; ERP experience valued.
• Proficiency in production planning software and data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Production Planning and Scheduling: Develop and implement production plans, set timelines, ensure on-time delivery, coordinate with manufacturing and logistics.
• Delivery & Shipment: Carry out daily shipment follow-up, pre-alerts, sales order review, inventory movement.
• Material and Inventory Management: Support material planning, procurement, and inventory control.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with supply chain, quality, and production to align plans and resolve issues.
• Production Control: Monitor shop floor, oversee quality control, ensure safety/regulatory compliance; create reports/dashboards.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze production data, track KPIs, provide insights for decisions; build data pipelines.
• Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies, implement improvements, document data models/workflows.
• Communication: Provide updates on status and timelines to stakeholders.
