Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Production Admin support role in Penang, focusing on customer-triggered delivery updates and MPS scheduling. You will inform production teams of the latest plans and ensure alignment across departments to meet delivery deadlines.

Key responsibilities include monitoring production progress, liaising with supervisors, coordinating transport with Logistics, and maintaining essential documentation.

Responsibilities

• Received trigger from customer / Customer Service email and update delivery schedule.
• Inform Production regarding latest MPS plan, distribute production schedules to relevant teams.
• Follow up and monitor the production progress to assess completeness and accuracy before delivery date.
• Review MPS movements periodically to avoid delays in delivery to customers.
• Communicate with department supervisors and leaders to update and discuss changes.
• Liaise with Logistics on transport (Lorry) arrangements.
• Maintain files of documents used and prepared.
• Involve in month end inventory count.
• Back up other Production Admin tasks when needed.
• Perform any other tasks assigned from time to time.
• Understand requirements for a QMS, including documented information, planning and process interactions.
