Job summary

Fairwork is seeking an experienced professional in Batu Kawan, Malaysia, to manage material requirements and inventory for production. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in engineering or related fields, with at least 2 years of relevant experience in the semiconductor or EMS industry.

This role demands proficiency in SAP ERP and good communication skills in both Mandarin and English, as you'll be liaising with counterparts in Taiwan.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage material requirements plants to ensure a continuous flow of material.
• Monitor and control inventory levels, aligning with targets.
• Respond to and track material delivery schedules.

Skills

Job description

Responsibilities

• Developing and managing material requirements plants to ensure a continuous flow of material of production.
• Monitoring and controlling inventory levels, ensuring align with the targets and implementing strategies to minimize waste and holding costs.
• Control, respond to, and track material delivery schedules.
• Analysis and handling of raw material anomalies.
• Operations for receiving and dispatching raw materials and goods.
• Preparation of material status reports and inventory-related reports.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• At least 2 years or above of relevant experiences in semiconductor manufacturing or EMS industry.
• Proficiency in SAP ERP system.
• Good communication skills in both written and spoken in Mandarin, English (need to deal with Taiwan counterpart)
