Job summary

Fiscal Therapy Management based in Senai, Malaysia, is seeking a Production Planner to coordinate production schedules and ensure on-time delivery. You will work closely with Purchasing, Warehouse, and Production teams to optimize material flow and inventory.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Logistics and has at least 2 years of production planning experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in production planning, material planning or supply chain operations within a manufacturing environment.
• Good understanding of MRP/ERP systems and production planning processes.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills with good analytical, problem-solving and reporting capabilities.
• Good coordination and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across different departments.

Plan, coordinate and manage production schedules based on customer forecasts, sales orders and available production capacity.

Perform material requirements planning (MRP) and coordinate with Purchasing, Warehouse and Production teams to ensure timely material availability.

Monitor and manage finished goods (FG) inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing excess stock.

Coordinate shipment schedules and follow up on delivery performance to ensure timely delivery to customers.

Prepare and maintain daily, weekly and monthly production planning, inventory and performance reports for management review.

Identify planning and inventory issues and work with relevant departments to implement corrective actions.

Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve production planning efficiency, inventory accuracy and overall supply chain performance.

Job Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related discipline.

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in production planning, material planning or supply chain operations within a manufacturing environment.
