As a Production Planner, you will manage master production schedules and material requirements to optimize manufacturing workflows and delivery timelines.
Oversee master production schedules to ensure operational alignment with customer order timelines and plant capacity limits.
Coordinate with procurement and production teams to mitigate material shortages and balance inventory holding levels.
Evaluate shop-floor production metrics to identify operational bottlenecks and enhance scheduling accuracy.
Direct cross-functional communication with sales, supply chain, and operations units to align manufacturing targets with business objectives.
Support quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety management systems across plant operations.
Minimum five years of experience in production planning or capacity control within a manufacturing setting, with senior-level exposure.
Practical understanding of material requirement planning systems and enterprise resource planning software.
Applied knowledge of shop-floor scheduling workflows, inventory control, and capacity planning.
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and cross-functional communication capabilities.
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, industrial engineering, or a related discipline.
