Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in production planning, part design, or tooling design, preferably in the medical equipment or manufacturing industry.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and SolidWorks; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of production processes, material planning, and manufacturing workflow.
  • Knowledge of ISO standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 13485, and IATF 16949 is highly desirable.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot production or tooling issues.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to interpret technical drawings and manufacturing instructions accurately.
