Job summary

Dribond Construction Chemicals Sdn Bhd in Shah Alam, Selangor is seeking a Manufacturing Operator to support daily production of dry-mix and liquid products. You will dose and weigh materials, assist in packing finished goods, and help load containers for shipment.

Responsibilities include operating a forklift, performing basic machine servicing, maintaining a clean and safe environment, following SOPs, and participating in stock takes.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
• Training will be provided for suitable candidates.
• Stable full-time employment in a manufacturing environment.
• Able to perform manual handling and lifting tasks.

• Assist in the production of dry-mix and liquid products.
• Hand-pack finished products and stack them securely onto pallets.
• Operate a forklift to transport raw materials, finished goods, and pallets safely within the production and warehouse areas.
• Load and stuff containers for shipment.
• Assist with warehouse stock takes and inventory control activities.
• Carry out basic machine servicing and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment.
• Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), quality standards, and workplace safety requirements.
• Perform other production and warehouse duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Responsible, reliable, and committed to workplace safety.
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is provided.
• Training will be provided for suitable candidates.
