Job summary

All Good Food Manufacturing Sdn Bhd in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan is seeking a production operator to support daily manufacturing operations. The role requires a minimum of SPM, good health, and the ability to follow SOPs while operating dryers, mixers, and packaging machines.

Experience in the foods industry is a plus. The company provides meals, a uniform, medical coverage, and team bonding activities, with normal working hours and no shift overtime.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate Machinery: Ensure efficient operation of equipment used in the production of products, including dryers, mixers, and packaging machines.
• Monitor Production Process: Continuously monitor the entire production process to ensure it meets quality and safety standards, adjusting settings as necessary.
• Quality Control: Regularly sample and test products to verify that they meet specifications, taking corrective action if necessary to maintain product consistency and safety.
• Maintain Cleanliness and Hygiene: Follow strict hygiene and sanitation procedures in compliance with food safety regulations, ensuring a clean and safe working environment.
• Handle Raw Materials: Safely manage the preparation, storage, and movement of raw materials, according to established guidelines.
• Record Keeping: Accurately document production data, including batch numbers, ingredients used, output levels, and any issues encountered during production.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by superior, including involvement in new events, initiatives, or project in line with the company’s direction.
