HFC Tech Sdn Bhd is seeking a Production Operator to operate production machinery and follow SOPs to meet daily targets. You will perform safe, efficient production, record output and defects, and assist in setup and basic maintenance.

The role requires physical fitness, ability to follow instructions, and good Bahasa Malaysia communication; English is a plus. Teamwork and safety compliance are essential in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Formación

• Minimum SPM/STPM or equivalent; technical or vocational qualifications are an added advantage.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred but not mandatory.
• Able to operate production machinery or willing to learn.
• Physically fit and able to work in a production environment.
• Basic communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia; English is an advantage.
• Responsible, disciplined, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues from China would be an added advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Operate production machinery and equipment according to SOPs.
• Perform production processes safely and efficiently to meet daily production targets.

• Record production data, including output, defects, and downtime, as required.
• Assist in setting up machines and performing basic troubleshooting or minor maintenance.
• Report machine abnormalities, quality issues, or safety concerns to the supervisor promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and good housekeeping of the production area in accordance with 5S practices.
• Comply with all company policies, safety regulations, and quality management requirements.
