Job summary

Pen-Classic Industries Sdn Bhd, a specialized plastic products manufacturer in Nibong Tebal, is hiring a Production Operator to support daily production activities. You will operate and monitor production equipment, perform routine checks, inspect products for defects, and assist with material handling while maintaining 5S cleanliness and adhering to safety rules.

This role reports to the Line Leader/Supervisor and offers opportunities to learn processes and contribute to continuous improvement

Responsibilities

• Assist the Line Leader in daily production activities according to production plans, work instructions and SOPs.
• Operate and monitor production equipment and machinery to ensure smooth and continuous production.
• Perform routine equipment and process checks and report abnormalities or unsafe conditions to the Line Leader/Supervisor.
• Complete daily production, equipment and inspection checklists accurately.
• Perform visual inspection of products and identify defects or abnormalities according to quality requirements.
• Support machine start-up, shutdown and process activities in accordance with established procedures.
• Assist with loading, unloading and handling of raw materials, finished goods and production equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area through daily 5S activities.
• Follow all company safety rules, PPE requirements and safe operating procedures.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Line Leader/Supervisor.
