We are seeking a Production Operator to join our team at POE MANUFACTURING SDN.BHD. in Iskandar Puteri Johor. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in our manufacturing operations.

What you'll be doing

Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure efficient and high-quality manufacturing processes

Adhere to all safety protocols and quality control standards

Perform manual assembly of electronic components using hand tools and automated machinery.

Maintain detailed records and documentation of production activities

Strictly follow Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) safety protocols, including wearing grounded wrist straps and using anti-static mats.

Keep the workstation clean and organized (5S standards) and report any equipment malfunctions to the supervisor immediately.

What we're looking for

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment

Ability to handle very small parts and perform repetitive tasks with high precision and steady hands.

Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety

Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions from supervisors
