Job summary

Candidate will have a Diploma or Degree, 10+ years in production or operations with at least 3 years in management, and strong MS Office skills. Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree holder.
• Minimum 10 years in Production/Operations with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing workers and resolving conflicts.
• Skilled in initiating projects, meetings and reports.
• Knowledge of production planning and scheduling; QC tools and 8D reports an advantage.
• Ability to deliver outputs on schedule and ensure quality control.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production teams confidently and proactively.
• Lead daily production meetings to track machine efficiency and outputs.
• Manage people and resolve conflicts across departments.
• Work with planning department to plan and schedule production runs.
• Ensure production is completed before deadlines to fulfill deliveries.
• Monitor and improve the efficiency of production equipment and output.
• Oversee quality control throughout the production process.
• Manage production KPIs to achieve set targets.
• Monitor and control the level of stock inventories.
