Qualifications

• 15+ years of offshore oil & gas experience.
• 3–5 years as Offshore Installation Manager (OIM).

Responsibilities

• Influence high-level decision-making with senior leadership.
• Drive operational excellence and align offshore/onshore operations with standards.
• Interface with regulators and JV partners on performance and compliance.
• Provide an integrated view across operations, maintenance, projects, HSE, and stakeholders.
• Lead across functions and manage contractor performance to meet safety and production goals.
• Be at the forefront of production-critical decision-making to maximise asset availability.
