Qualifications

• Demonstrates operations and technical skills with Flex standards.
• Reads and interprets general business and technical documents.
• Proficient with office software and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Leads the production of several processes/lines in a technical environment.
• Evaluates operating performance and advises on changes to improve efficiency and quality.
• Led a team of professionals to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets.
• Troubleshoots operational problems and coaches operators to improve performance.
• Solicits ideas for plant improvements and collaborates with engineers on proposals.
• Provides technical guidance to project teams and interfaces with maintenance.
• Supports training and coaching of junior operators.
• Prioritizes production schedules to meet customer requirements.
• Participates in process development and cost improvement projects.
• Assists in department budgeting and managing expenses.
• Maintains safe, clean work environment and policy compliance.
• Ensures compliance with manufacturing standards.
