Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in production planning and master scheduling
• Familiarity with ERP systems and capacity planning
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 standards

Responsibilities

• Detailed planning to Production Master Planning (Order Loading & Adjustment) including manpower, equipment, materials, locations or outsourced strategies
• Plan, schedule and coordinate production; provide timely monthly and weekly planning to related departments
• Process order verification and commit to Sales; maintain ERP to optimize planning operations
• Collaborate to perform logistics activities and resolve availability issues after capacity loading reviews
• Control production output and monitor status with Production data to plan
• Lead weekly order commitment meetings with related departments and adjust Sales as needed
• Track sales orders and manage shipment quantities; support new project scheduling for on-time delivery
• Manage sub-contractor outsourcing and document custom applications, MRB quality rework status
