Job summary

Pagoda Steel Works Sdn Bhd in Sungai Buloh is seeking a Construction Production Manager to oversee daily steel fabrication operations, supervise manpower, and ensure projects meet schedule, budget, and quality requirements.

The ideal candidate has proven experience in steel fabrication or construction, strong leadership, and the ability to coordinate across Project, Purchasing, and Site teams while maintaining safety and reporting standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in steel fabrication, structural steel or construction industries.
• Knowledge of fabrication processes and production workflows.
• Ability to supervise production workers and coordinate with departments.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficient computer skills and reporting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor daily steel fabrication activities and production progress
• Supervise fabrication work to ensure schedule
• Inspect fabrication quality against project specs
• Monitor and control materials usage and wastage
• Coordinate with Project, Purchasing, and Site teams
• Identify and resolve production delays
• Prepare and report production progress to management

Construction Production Manager needed at Pagoda Steel Works Sdn Bhd, Sungai Buloh. Oversee daily production and site operations, supervise manpower, and ensure fabrication projects meet schedule, budget, and quality requirements.

Requirements:

• Candidates MUST have experience in steel fabrication, structural steel, or construction industry
• Experience in production planning, fabrication progress, and quality control
• Good knowledge of steel materials, fabrication processes, and production workflow
• Able to manage production workers and coordinate with different departments
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Able to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
• Good computer skills and reporting ability

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and monitor daily steel fabrication activities and production progress
• Supervise fabrication work to ensure projects are completed on schedule
• Inspect fabrication quality and ensure work meets project specifications and standards
• Monitor and control materials, including usage, availability, and wastage
• Coordinate with Project, Purchasing, and Site teams on production requirements
• Identify and resolve production issues and delays
• Prepare and report production progress to management
