Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 5 years in production management within manufacturing.
• Hands-on machinery operation, repair, and installation skills are an advantage.
• Fluency in Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking vendors.
• Strong background in production management and leadership to drive cost-efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all production activities within the manufacturing facility.
• Coordinate with procurement and logistics to ensure timely material availability.
• Manage Rotational Molding, Pipe Extrusion, Compounding, Pulverizing, and Fitting processes.
• Maintain high product quality through strict process controls.
• Prepare and control the production budget and costs.
• Monitor performance against budget and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Report daily progress, output, waste, and defects to management.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime.
