Job summary

Enovix Corporation in Malaysia seeks a seasoned operations leader to drive production across multiple shifts and coordinate with Engineering, Supply Chain and CM. You will develop and execute manufacturing strategies to meet KPI targets for quality, cost, delivery, and time-to-market.

You will recruit and develop a strong production team, implement LEAN practices, and align processes with customer requirements and NPI schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent with five years of related experience.
• Leadership, communication, and analytical skills development.
• Ability to lead cross-department teams and manage resources.

Responsibilities

• Promote teamwork and guide cross-functional team including CM.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area and follow safety practices.
• Provide customers with high quality products and services.
• Ensure new products are qualified and support NPI schedule.
• Set up new product lines based on POR process with capacity forecasts.
• Pass customer audits prior to mass production release.
• Meet volume ramp plans and daily production output.
• Hit quality and yield targets set with customers and subcontractor.
• Drive LEAN deployment on shopfloor and value stream mapping.
• Coordinate and integrate efforts across operations, engineering, supply chain, quality & reliability, contract manufacturers, customer service.
• Manage shopfloor personnel relations and resource allocation.
• Develop talent with coaching/mentoring.

Job Summary

To lead and manage operation team and to supervise with responsibility for operate production processes. Working with Engineering, Equipment, Supply chain and Contract Manufacturer to develop on manufacturing and/or Product Line strategies and plans and leads action in support of these strategies to meet KPI. Manage and establish production and/or shipment targets for areas of responsibility. Driving cross functional team for meeting targets and improving production performance in support of the business goals of quality, cost, delivery, and time-to-market. Responsible for the selection, training and development of strong production team from supervisor to shopfloor technical specialist and manufacturing specialist team.

Responsibilities

• Enovix employees are expected to promote teamwork and cooperative effort. Help train and give guidance to cross functional team include CM.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and unobstructed work area, practice good safety habits, and utilize appropriate safety equipment.
• Provide customers with the highest quality products and services.
• Understand and apply appropriate quality improvement processes.
• Ensures Enovix’ new products are qualified and support manufacturing build and following NPI schedule.
• Ensures new product lines are set-up based on POR process, with capacity in line with forecasts provided by end customers.
• Ensures customer audits are passed prior to mass production release.
• Meet challenging volume ramp plans and production in- and output on a day-to-day basis.
• Hit outgoing quality and internal yield targets set between Enovix, its customers, and the subcontractor.
• To establish quantitative and qualitative metrics, guidelines, and standards to drive efficiency and effectiveness with identifies opportunities for continual improvement.
• Spearhead LEAN deployment in shopfloor
• Drive value stream mapping, standardization and alignment of manufacturing processes
• Coordination and integration of efforts among operations, engineering, supply chain, quality & Reliability, contract manufacturer, customer service divisions to produce smoother workflow and more cost-effective business processes.
• Manages and monitor Manufacturing Operations areas on Operating supply and BOM material usage.
• Effectively manages shopfloor employees' relations including hiring, discipline, rewards and recognition, and effective resources allocation.
• To work with manufacturers to develop, retain and nurture talent to support succession planning ensuring appropriate coaching, mentoring is available.
• Drive quality, cost, and delivery objectives that support the organization goals. With defines KPI for measuring and monitoring performances.
• Works with QA to introduce proper quality monitoring and resolve customer issues/ returns.
• Leads the operation to ensure meeting organization needs with lowest operation cost.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Five years of related experience.
• Completion of courses appropriates to the development of leadership, communication, and analytical skills that reinforce the Enovix attitudes, Corporate Objectives, and strategies and practices.
• Demonstrated ability to lead people and work effectively with other departments.
• Proficient in the application of systematic process/project improvement methodologies.
