Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related science/engineering field.
• 3-5 years in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Experience with high-potency/containment manufacturing is a plus.
• GMP/regulatory knowledge essential.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee daily HAPI manufacturing operations.
• Ensure GMP, PIC/S, and containment controls are followed.
• Lead and develop production personnel.
• Drive process improvements and root-cause analysis.
• Coordinate with Quality, Engineering, R&D and external partners.
• Maintain production records and validation activities.
