Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Production Executive (Pharmaceutical) to plan and oversee weekly and monthly production aligned with orders and inventory. You will monitor floor activities, coordinate with Purchasing/Store/Inventory, and ensure SOPs and quality requirements are followed.

The role requires GMP and HALAL knowledge, 2–5 years in a production supervisory role in pharma/cosmetics/food, and strong leadership with data analysis abilities. On-site work in Ipoh, Malaysia.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years experience in a production/supervisory role in manufacturing (pharma/cosmetic/food).
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• GMP and HALAL knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule weekly/monthly production based on orders and inventory.
• Monitor daily production activities, output, manpower, and workflow.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Store, and Inventory teams to ensure material availability.
• Monitor machine performance and resolve minor production issues.
• Identify opportunities to reduce downtime, waste, and production costs.
• Maintain production, machine, and attendance records.
• Ensure production activities follow SOPs and quality requirements.
• Work closely with QA/QC on in-process inspections and corrective actions.
• Investigate and report workplace incidents when required.
• Liaise between the production floor and management.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
