Job summary

LINACO in Malaysia is seeking a production operator to support manufacturing processes, monitor machines, and ensure product quality. Based in Bandar Enstek, Negeri Sembilan, you will help maintain smooth production flows and meet delivery targets.

Candidates should have at least SPM, 1 year manufacturing experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and strong English and Bahasa Malaysia language skills. This on-site role offers training and opportunities to grow in a busy factory environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM qualification.
• Experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Understand the functions & purposes of the department to maximize production output.
• Monitor the performance of machines & appliances to ensure product quality.
• Assist in monitoring production flows to meet customer needs & deliveries so that operations run smoothly.
• Responsible for quality problems and production floor control.
• Responsible for following standard operating system
• Support for overtime, if needed.
