Job summary

Linaco Group is hiring a Production Operator for our Bandar Enstek, Negeri Sembilan facility. You will understand department functions, monitor machines, and help manage production flows to meet customer deliveries.

Candidates should have at least SPM, with 1 year of manufacturing experience, and good English/Malay language skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is preferred; position based at Bandar Enstek.

Qualifications

• Must possess at least SPM.
• At least 1 year of working experience in manufacturing or related field.
• Experience in machinery and production line.
• Based in Bandar Enstek, Negeri Sembilan.

Responsibilities

• Understand the functions and purposes of the department to maximize production output.
• Monitor the performance of machines and appliances to ensure product quality.
• Assist in monitoring production flows to meet customer needs and deliveries so that operations run smoothly.
• Responsible for quality problems and production floor control.
• Responsible for following standard operating system.
• Support for overtime, if needed.
