Job summary

Talent Recruit represents a leading manufacturing client in Batu Kawan Industrial Park, Penang, hiring a Manufacturing Operator to support daily production tasks and machine operations in a fast-paced environment.

The role involves setting up and operating manual, semi-automatic and automatic machines, monitoring parameters, performing basic maintenance, and recording production data using ERP systems, while adhering to GMP, ISO and 5S standards.

Qualifications

Minimum SPM or equivalent; at least 6 months of manufacturing experience is preferred.
Stand for long hours (10-12 hours per shift) and lift items up to 12 kg.
Basic arithmetic skills, computer literacy, and the ability to follow instructions in English and/or Bahasa Malaysia.
Strong teamwork attitude with a willingness to learn and perform a variety of tasks.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate manual, semi-automatic, and automatic machines in the manufacturing line.
Monitor machine parameters and perform in-process quality inspections using measuring tools.
Conduct basic maintenance, make minor adjustments, and record production data using ERP systems.
Comply with EHS regulations, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), ISO standards, and maintain 5S workplace organization.
