Job summary

FFM Berhad is seeking a Mill Operations Supervisor to establish and maintain the Food Safety Management System within the Mill. You will oversee daily production, manage personnel and inventory, and ensure maintenance and housekeeping standards are met to optimize throughput.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Food Science, strong leadership, and fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for the Pulau Indah, Port Klang site in Selangor.

Responsibilities

• Establish, implement, maintain and review the Food Safety Management System in Mill.
• Ensure Mill-related functions including personnel, inventory, maintenance, housekeeping, FIFO and security of goods are carried out.
• Oversee daily mill operations and monitor production processes; utilize equipment to optimum level.
• Generate daily/monthly production and performance reports.
• Respond to superior with any assigned projects or duties.

Established, implement, maintain and review Food Safety Management System in Mill

Ensure Mill related functions, including personnel, inventory, maintenance, housekeeping, FIFO system and security of goods are properly carry out.

Responsible for effective and efficiency of Mill daily operation, includes monitoring flour production processes, maintain and utilize production machineries/ equipment to the optimum level.

Supervise Mill daily production from the aspect of extraction and quality.

Generate daily/ monthly Mill production and performance report.

Execute projects or any other responsibilities assigned by superior.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree of Engineering, Food Science or equivalent.

Basic knowledge in Food Safety Management System will be preferred.

Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Good level of computer literacy.

Possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
