Zhicon ChuangXiang IBS Sdn Bhd is seeking a Production Supervisor/Executive in a high-volume precast concrete manufacturing environment. You will manage daily production processes, ensure quality, meet targets, and drive continuous improvement.

The role requires 1 year of relevant experience, a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or IBS-related fields, and proficiency in MS Office. Multilingual ability (Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia) is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Fluent in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia is preferred.
• Relevant experience in high-volume manufacturing is beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Daily management of production processes including planning & control, material & inventory management, and manpower planning.
• Improve operational efficiency through productivity gains and cost-reduction programs.
• Troubleshoot production issues and analyze root causes.
• Ensure production quality to achieve customer satisfaction.

This is a Production Supervisor/Executive role in a high-volume precast concrete manufacturing environment, responsible for the daily management of production processes, ensuring product quality, meeting production targets, and driving operational efficiency and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Daily management of production processes including production planning & control, material & inventory control and manpower planning
• Improving operational efficiencies through productivity gains and cost reduction programs
• Trouble-shooting production issues and analyzing root cause
• Production quality management towards achieving customer satisfaction

About you

• Minimum 1 year working experience as a Production Supervisor/Executive in a high volume high speed manufacturing environment
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architectural Engineering, Industrialized Building Systems (IBS) or relevant
• Familiar with Microsoft Office packages such as Word, Excel and Power Point
• Only prefer those who can speak all three languages including Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Experience working in the Precast Concrete/ IBS industry is an advantage.
