Job summary

Fiscal Therapy Management in Masjid Tanah, Melaka seeks a proactive production supervisor to plan and manage daily production, manpower, machines and materials to meet MPS and delivery targets. You will monitor productivity, efficiency, scrap and WIP, identify issues, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate with Planning, Quality, Engineering, Warehouse and HR to keep operations smooth and compliant.

The role requires leadership and strong communication in English and Malay, with 2–3 years'

Qualifications

• Degree in Manufacturing, Production, Industrial Engineering or related field preferred.
• 2–3 years’ experience in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, continuous improvement, production planning and KPIs.
• Familiar with 5 Why, Fishbone and 8D Root Cause Analysis.
• Good command of English and Malay.

Responsibilities
