Job summary

Celestica is seeking a Production Cell Leader 4 in Kulim, Malaysia. You will lead a process team responsible for manufacture, assembly, repair or modification of products, while following diverse procedures and methods.

Responsibilities include leading problem solving, monitoring performance, and ensuring quality output in a high-pace manufacturing setting. Four to five years of relevant experience and a high school diploma with additional coursework are required.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma with additional courses/education as applicable.
• Experience in manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
• Ability to lead a small team and drive production metrics.

Responsibilities

• Acts as lead and problem solver, balances personnel and facilitates movement of products.
• Monitors performance of cell members and ensures quality output.
• Performs assembly tasks, operation of equipment, hand soldering, and inspection/repair.
• Leads production or prototype team to meet group goals and generates performance reports.
