Job summary

ASE Global is seeking a Yield Integration/Product Engineer to drive sustaining activities, improve yield and cost metrics, and support new product introductions from design through volume production. You will collaborate with Manufacturing, Design, Quality, and Failure Analysis teams to disposition excursions and guide MRB decisions, while leveraging data analytics for continuous improvement.

The role requires formal education in EE/ECE and 2+ years in Yield Integration or Product Engineering,

Qualifications

BS or MS in EE or ECE or equivalent; 2+ years in Yield Integration or Product Engineering preferred.
Strong analytical capability with data-driven decision making.
Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal.
Knowledge of IC fabrication processes and relevant technologies.

Responsibilities

Manage sustaining activities to improve yield, performance, quality, and cost.
Lead new product introductions and ramp to volume production.
Collaborate with Manufacturing, Design, Quality and Failure Analysis to disposition excursions and MRB cases.
Use data analytics to monitor yield, set aggressive goals, and plan improvements.
Own test program releases and ensure readiness for production.
