Job summary

Renesas Electronics in Penang, Malaysia, is seeking a Product & Test Engineer to support semiconductor product testing and manufacturing operations. Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and improve product test yield, quality, and overall manufacturing performance.

Must Have

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing, testing, or product engineering.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Good to Have

• Experience in semiconductor test engineering, manufacturing, or product engineering.
• Familiarity with ATE platforms, test program development, or debugging activities.
• Knowledge of yield improvement, failure analysis, and quality/reliability processes.
• Experience supporting new product introduction (NPI), qualification, or product transfer projects.
• Exposure to continuous improvement or cost reduction initiatives
