Qualifications

• Minimum SPM/STPM with 2-3 years of sales experience.
• Knowledge & sales experience in technical / mechanical engineering / product / machine equipment.
• Experience with online marketing on Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter and Google Ads.
• Articulate, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Multilingual in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and telephone etiquette.
• Fast learner and has great passion for sales.
• Aggressive & Hunger for sales
• Strong growth mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough market research, including surveys, emails, calls, and attending rival product launches.
• Answer all product-related questions in a polite manner and address queries promptly.
• Collaborate and strategize with the business and development teams.
• Plan and assist with new product releases and events.
• Perform product demonstrations for customers.
• Assist with development of business plans.
• Schedule training sessions and attend meetings as required.
• Identify new market opportunities and relay to the Manager.
• Make helpful product recommendations to increase revenue.
