Job Responsibilities:

• Game Account Product Planning: Participate in requirements analysis, product planning, solution design, and documentation for global game account products, including web-based management consoles and client SDKs. Support product enhancements, feature iterations, and ongoing optimization of game account systems.
• AI-Assisted Product Development: Leverage AI tools to improve daily product workflows, including requirements analysis, product specification (SPEC) refinement, competitor research, and documentation, enhancing productivity and work quality.
• Gaming Data Analysis & Operations Support: Assist with data analysis, game account operations, player feedback management, and customer service support. Adapt responsibilities based on evolving business priorities and team requirements.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, operations, customer support, and other stakeholders to clarify business requirements, coordinate product development, and ensure timely delivery of product features.
• Gaming Market & User Insights: Stay informed about gaming industry trends, player behavior, and global gaming market developments to support product improvements and enhance the overall player experience.

Job Requirements:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Mathematics, or a related discipline, with strong logical thinking, analytical skills, and technical comprehension.
• Relevant Experience: At least 1 year of experience in internet product management, product planning, or digital operations. Experience in the gaming industry, game platforms, or gaming-related products will be an advantage.
• AI Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with at least one AI-assisted tool and the ability to apply AI in practical work scenarios, such as requirements analysis, product documentation, research, or workflow optimization. Practical use cases are preferred.
• Communication & Stakeholder Management: Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to understand business needs, engage stakeholders independently, and handle player or user feedback patiently and professionally.
• Gaming Knowledge & Passion: Strong interest in video games and familiarity with gaming ecosystems, player communities, and global gaming trends. Experience with international gaming markets is an advantage.
• Adaptability & Problem-Solving: Able to manage multiple tasks, learn quickly, and adapt to changing business needs in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
