Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Marketing/Product Manager to manage and develop the assigned product portfolio, including product range, positioning and pricing, and coordinate product-related activities.

You will conduct market research, assist in the development and launch of new products, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing and other departments to achieve revenue targets and customer satisfaction. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply and strong English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Fresh graduates who are fast learners, passionate and dedicated are encouraged to apply.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Strong planning, organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across different departments.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop the assigned product portfolio, including product range, positioning and pricing.
• Coordinate and execute product-related activities and functions to achieve product objectives and performance targets.
• Conduct market research and monitor market trends, competitor activities and product positioning to identify new product opportunities.
• Assist in the development, introduction and launch of new products.
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing and other relevant departments to ensure product objectives, revenue targets and customer satisfaction are achieved.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Superior from time to time
