Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a fresh graduate to join our product development team, contributing to market research, ideation, supplier coordination and post-launch analysis. You will help bring products from idea to market across international markets.

The role offers hands-on experience across QA, Procurement, Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain, with exposure to localisation, packaging and regulatory considerations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Business, Marketing, International Business or other relevant fields.
• Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
• Strong interest in food products, consumer trends and international markets.
• Good analytical and research skills with the ability to turn market information into practical product ideas.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working across different departments and following up on multiple projects.
• Good command of English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market and competitor research across Middle East and Central Asia, including consumer trends.
• Identify potential product opportunities and support new product development.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers/OEM for development, samples, costing, packaging.
• Support product testing and evaluation including taste, quality, packaging and feasibility.
• Assist in preparing product proposals, presentations, product specifications and related documentation.
• Follow up on product development timelines and ensure projects progress according to schedule.
• Work closely with QA, Procurement, Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain teams to support successful product launches.
• Monitor product performance after launch and recommend improvements where necessary.
• Support product localisation for different markets, including flavour preferences, packaging, language and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate and coordinate with overseas business partners and suppliers when required.
