Job summary

Mettler-Toledo International, Inc. seeks a Product Owner to lead the LMS and SuccessFactors deployments within the IT org, Digital Business Services. You will drive the roadmap, partner with vendors, and align solutions with global HR and business needs.

You will work in an international setting, ensuring governance, change management, and continuous improvement while delivering high-impact talent management capabilities.

Qualifications

• You bring 3+ years as a Product Owner or senior role in training and development.
• Strong focus on SAP SuccessFactors and LMS; agile experience (SAFe/Scrum).
• Experience with global/large-scale projects and matrix organizations.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end PM for LMS and GPM/ Talent Management initiatives.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders; manage roadmap & scope.
• Design SAP SuccessFactors GPM and Talent Review modules to meet business needs.
• Ensure governance and data integrity across systems.
• Maintain and prioritize product backlog; deliver high-value features.
• Provide consulting on best practices; drive continuous improvement.
• Support change management and user adoption with training materials.
