Product Manager, Marketing Platforms Channels
Job Summary: Drive exploration and design solution with existing and/or new capabilities to improve/ enhance customer problems-to-solve and business needs, perform market validation and drive implementation of solutions from inception to live-in-market, and ensure readiness of operations for best customer experience.

Your Responsibilities:
- Drive short/long-term business roadmap with collaboration with marketing and alignment with technology teams
- Explore innovative solutions and ideate on solutions to customer problems
- Evaluate business opportunities, analyze business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and design and implement solutions
- Interview and manage stakeholders to uncover problem-to-solve, and business value of requirements
- Design user journeys and translate vision into lo-fi mockups and workable technical solutions
- Design business architecture, business rules/exception handling required to minimize risk/impact to business
- Develop and govern user acceptance criteria to ensure workable software
- Work with various teams, ie: Marketing, Technology, Legal, Regulatory, and Security to ensure timely and quality projects/products/services delivery and rollout. Perform frequent update and presentation to management on project progress focus on product/service/business readiness
- Responsible for change management of newly developed software, including creating user training materials, new processes/governance (where necessary), and user access management
- Research and innovate on how to use technology to solve business problems, including running POCs on new partner systems, assess feasibility of introducing new technology to existing systems
Your Merits:
Degree in Information Technology/Telecommunications/Marketing or equivalent
4-7 years of experience in solution design, product development, product manager, business analyst, or IT solution analyst and preferably in relevant industry
Excellent communication, interpersonal and basic project planning/management skills
Ability to articulate, and present well with the ability to highlight appropriate perspective to diversified group of audiences
Good understanding of business key performance drivers & best practices
