Job summary

Monee is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead end-to-end eWallet features, from concept to rollout and post-deployment monitoring, in a fast-paced fintech environment.

You will collaborate with regional teams (Singapore, Shenzhen) to align BRDs, manage UAT, and drive timely product delivery across development and deployment stages. English and Malay fluency is required; Chinese is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of product management experience in fintech or related tech.
• Proven ability to launch and manage product features in fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication skills; ability to convey ideas and technical concepts.
• Proficient in English and Malay; Chinese is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, growth mindset and strong team spirit.
• Experience in Fintech is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Roadmap planning and execution with continuous improvement and innovation.
• Collaborate with regional teams in Singapore and Shenzhen to evaluate feature requests and BRDs.
• Manage UAT: develop test cases, plan schedules, coordinate, track defects, and resolutions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth product delivery from development to deployment.
• Prepare training materials and conduct briefings for impacted business units.
• Respond to system queries and troubleshoot with dev and product teams.
