First Circle is building an automated, end-to-end international SME financial services company. We are hiring a product manager to own the sales platform underpinning our entire business.

You will oversee the sales UI, routing, and cross-country accounts, and drive delivery with engineers to production. You should have 4+ years in product or systems roles owning sales systems or B2B workflows, with a proven track record of automating manual processes and APAC/multi-country rollout experience.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in product or systems roles owning sales systems or B2B workflows.
• A track record of automating out manual processes.
• Multi-country rollout and APAC experience a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the entire sales platform across products, divisions, and countries.
• Design accounts, contacts, opportunities and funnels for multi-country selling.
• Automate sales admin to remove manual tasks.
• Configure routing, ownership and stage rules for Sales Ops.
• Collaborate with engineering: write precise specs and drive production.
• Scale internationally handling currencies, data privacy rules and cross-border coverage.
• Monitor adoption, data completeness, and funnel performance.
