Job summary

First Circle is building an automated, end-to-end international SME financial services platform. You will own systems that drive loan, ledger, and payment flows, working with engineers to push changes into production across geographies.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in lending/ledger–related roles, a track record of automation, and APAC experience. The role offers remote work with travel opportunities and strong growth potential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in product or systems roles owning lending, ledger or finance systems.
• Experience automating manual financial processes end to end.
• Multi-country rollout and APAC experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Architect the rails: design money and data flow across loans, debt and ledger for multi-entity, multi-currency markets.
• Automate end-to-end: remove manual steps and embed business rules into configurable controls for Ops and Finance.
• Build monitoring and daily checks to catch errors before customers, auditors or regulators see them.
• Execute with engineering: write precise specs, work with engineers daily, and ensure correctness through to production.
• Scale internationally: align regulatory and accounting needs with Finance, Risk, Compliance and country teams.
• Own the metrics: straight-through processing, reconciliation breaks, and close time.
